Refund Policy/Requirements: All items purchased from GQ Jewelers & International Timepieces are considered final sales, except in cases where the received product is defective or if the wrong item was shipped. Initiated returns must be reported within 5 days of arrival or purchase.
Quality Standards: Refunds cannot be issued for items that display signs of wear, such as scratches, damage, or any other indications of use. This also includes sized or cut bracelets. To prevent damage, we recommend trying on your purchase without wearing accessories that may cause harm. Additionally, please refrain from placing products on hard surfaces like metal, glass, granite, ceramic, or electronics.
Defective or Wrong Product: If the product received is defective or the wrong item was shipped, which may involve issues like misaligned markers, movements not maintaining time (provided it falls outside the brand's specified range), or missing components, you qualify for returns. Similarly, if an incorrect product was shipped, you have the option of an exchange, store credit, or a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Your satisfaction remains our highest priority.
